In accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), all online stores are required to provide a mechanism allowing consumers to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of acquiring the product.
While we have always accommodated this, you can now exercise your right of withdrawal and initiate a product return with the click of a button—without the need for direct communication with us.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products, items with an expiration date, or products manufactured to custom specifications.
We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals; we are not obliged to accept returns of ordered products from business entities.

By clicking on the link below, you can fill in the parameters of the package to be returned via the MY GLS application, based on the instructions there, and then return it to us by placing it in the package machine.
As soon as the returned goods arrive at our location, we will arrange for a refund of the amount of the goods to you.
Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of (re)shipping the goods, you must pay it to GLS Hungary.
