In accordance with Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), all online stores are required to provide consumers with the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
At Écsy Ltd., this option has always been available; however, from now on the process is a bit else. Withdrawal from your purchase and the return of products can be initiated through the MY GLS system with just a few clicks, without the need for prior communication or administration.
By clicking the link below, you can enter the details of the package you wish to return on the MY GLS platform and following the instructions provided there, send the parcel back to us via a GLS parcel locker.
Once the returned product has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected, we will promptly arrange the refund of the purchase price.
Please note that, in accordance with applicable regulations, the cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer and cannot be covered by Écsy Ltd. The shipping fee must be paid directly to GLS Hungary.
